The high fired pots at The Pot Shop are fired between 2,500 - 3,000 degrees. The high heat creates a form of glass that is impervious to temperatures in the environment. The glazing is fused to the pot structure and also turns to glass. It does not fade or flake off. They can be left out all year in any climate.
